Our mold professionals are certified by the National Association of Mold Professionals (NAMP). We are thoroughly trained to investigate and test areas that are suspected to be contaminated with fungal colonies. Additionally, we have the ability to promote a healthy working/living environment by remediating any area to remove the existence of mold. |

Available microbial services: · Un-invasive inspection - This includes air sampling, surface sampling, and an inspection of the property to identify potential current/future causes of mold contamination. · Invasive investigation - In addition to the un-invasive inspection, we will take a more in-depth look into the cause(s) of mold contamination. This may include investigating crawl spaces, attics, behind walls, etc. · Sampling - We offer several types of sampling procedures for both identification of mold and clearance testing after a remediation is completed. We are able to determine the types of existing mold and how colonized the types are. Additionally, we are able to offer preliminary results of particular samples as early as the next business day. · Remediation - After the confirmation of the existence of mold, we have the ability to minimize the existence of mold colonies. This is done by removing all contaminated porous materials and by decontaminating non-porous or permanent structures. · Prevention - All of our services include a consultation from one of our mold professionals that will educate property owners/occupants on steps they should take to prevent the reoccurrence of the mold colonization and to minimize the potential of additional mold contamination. |
